Services
One on One
I meet with individual parents or partners to support questions, provide guidance, and tackle specific challenges related to their family. Together we create a plan with tools to help during difficult moments and "off-track" behavior so parents feel more confident and connected with their children.
Parenting Groups
I facilitate monthly discussions for parents providing research-based information, support, and guidance on all aspects of the parenting journey. This important time, without children, allows us to learn, listen, and grow from one another while feeling supported by others in similar situations. Parents walk away from these groups feeling more self-aware, supported and
confident with their parenting.
Workshops/Talks
Workshops are designed for parents, administrators, teachers, and childcare providers. Topics can include but are not limited to: sibling rivalry, tantrums, limit setting, power of communication, building connections, resilience, aggression, outdoor classrooms, mindfulness and meditation in classrooms and home, and classroom management

These classes are designed for parents and their children from newborn to three years old. Classes are a time parents can connect with their children and to other parents, while their toddlers engage in theme based activities incorporating, music, body movement, art, sensory and imaginative play. Each session includes two parent discussion nights, to provide support and resources for all things parenting
Parent and Me Classes
Listening Line
We all lead busy lives sometimes making it difficult to commit to ongoing consulting or meetings. Through a phone or zoom call, you can feel listened to, supported, and have your questions answered, leaving the conversation feeling more empowered to resolve situations with your children than before.
