Supporting children and families is my lifelong work and passion. As a mother of two teens, I know firsthand that nothing compares to the deep connection we feel with our children. And like every parent I’ve experienced those moments when everything feels extremely hard and overwhelming. Parenting is not easy, but it becomes more manageable when we have support that helps us stay grounded, connected and confident. This knowledge and foundation has changed my life and the lives of many families I’ve supported.

         

I hold a Master’s Degree in Education, am a Certified Hand in and Parent Coach, and have advanced training in brain-based development from birth to age three. For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of families from infancy through early adolescence and bring a compassionate, research-informed approach, that helps both parents and children feel seen, supported, and understood.
