LEAD WITH CONNECTION
My Approach

REASEARCH-BASED
Parenting Philosophy
Parenting can be incredibly challenging. There are moments of joy and connection, and moments filled with uncertainty, guilt, or feeling stuck. This emotional back and forth is a natural part of parenting, but it doesn’t have to feel like constant survival. With the right support, parenting can feel more grounded and joyful, allowing both parents and children to thrive.
My approach is rooted in the Hand in Hand Parenting philosophy, it's five listening tools and science-based research in child development and attachment. I strive to listen and connect with each family, tailoring an approach and plan that meets their needs. I also value helping parents understand their children's emotions so they can learn to respond to situations with empathy, warmth and confidence. Rather than fixing or rushing children through their feelings, parents learn how to meet their child where they are, creating the conditions for connection, cooperation, and healthy emotional growth.
This work also includes reflection on our own upbringing and attachment experiences. With awareness and practical support, parents can grow new ways of responding, build secure attachments, and create a family environment where trust, connection, and joy can truly blossom.
